Who I Am
I am a Registered Nurse and a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant with extensive clinical experience. I hold a bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Public Policy.
My legal area of expertise focuses on wrongful death as a result of medical malpractice. My depth of knowledge and experience as a Critical Care Nurse for Patients with complex health issues and use of Pharmacotherapy is the platform to successfully analyze medical-related litigation cases.
As a Certified HIPAA Security Professional, I take PHI very seriously. Every case is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
With over 30 years of Nursing profession with experience in numerous medical/clinical specialties, I am able to serve as an industry expert. I have the working knowledge that will help identify the merit in a case, or the absence thereof. With this experience and knowledge, I am able to save my Attorney clients time and money by giving them an objective opinion of the case. I have experience with medical device and products litigation cases such as the Johnson and Johnson pelvic mesh, and Sketcher rocker shoes.
